Their Games
The Monty Python CD-ROM games by 7th Level are classics by any standard, and contain original voiceovers and new material from the Monty Python team (Eric Idle especially). 7th Level went bankrupt while creating the Meaning of Life game (arguably the best of the three), so the final version of "Meaning of Life" contains bugs that make the game unbeatable without help - so get some help! For hints on this problem and on any part of the Python games, visit Bettycat.com. When 7th Level went under, they were partway through work on a Life of Brian game which was never completed. They also created a Games section for Pythonline.com, which has now sadly been deleted from the site.

The Hidden Game
: Can't tell you what it is. That's why it's hidden, silly! It's at the end of the maze. It's real good. Wouldn't you just kill to find out what it is?? I guess you'll just have to beat the maze, now won't you?

Mr. Neutron's Cycling Tour (special edition): A frankly bizarre and silly game based on two classic episodes of "Monty Python's Flying Circus." Play as Mr. Neutron! Take a bicycle ride as Mr. Pither! Enjoy a game that's guaranteed not to make any sense at all! A 3.33 megabyte download with full graphics and sound, for Windows 95/98 systems. The game was originally released unfinished in 1998, but this is the special edition, with improved and expanded gameplay and lots more wackiness.

Brazil: The Game: An entertaining 4.56 megabyte download from 1998, based on the 1986 film by Terry Gilliam. Fight the forces of bureaucracy! With full graphics and sound, for Windows 95/98 systems.

The PythoNET Contest: Here's where you used to be able to compete for fun and glory and maybe even win a Virtual Shrubbery! It's been gathering dust due to lack of interest, sadly, but within you can read all the old results of what used to be one of my favorite parts of the page. Will it return? That's up to you ...

Although it's not a Python game, you may also enjoy this (unfinished) game based on
Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Also originally released in 1998.
This is the revised special edition.
