This game is unofficial, and not to be distributed commercially. It must be simply posted and played on the world wide web, free of charge. Any commercial effort would be a grave injustice to Gilliam, the film's stars and crew, to Twentieth Century Fox (who distributed the film outside the United States of America), to Universal (who distributed the film in the USA), and to the world. Keep this game legally clean, so that even the wonderful people who made the movie can enjoy it. Remember, we're all in it together. From the creator of the unfinished Army of Darkness: The Game.
