I hope the Doctor has Brian Henson by his feet and tells us some stories.

The idea that there are regenerations of the Doctor who aren't worthy of the title who we've not seen the adventures of, does explain these fine fellows from The Brain of Morbius.

Watching those bits of Doctor Who again, the effect of Clara following the Doctor against green is actually cleverly done - seemingly imitating the crap CSO of the era. Most of the other effects are simply crap though, certainly all those of Richard E. Grant.

Moffat's done worse (Asylum was ten times worse than this). I thought it was just about one of the better episodes this season (not saying much, but there it is). The body doubles and effects were charming if rather poorly done at times. The 50th anniversary might be good.

There have been far worse things done to the series. Love & Monsters for example.

I liked Love and Monsters! I never understood why that episode got so much hate from the fanbase.

Someone certainly does look like an older version of a certain other somebody.

Meanwhile ...
Ugh. This is fucking ridiculous. And no news on Moffat leaving. Smith will have starred in 44 total episodes.

Matt first stepped into the TARDIS in 2010 and will leave the role at the end of this year after starring in the unmissable 50th Anniversary in November and regenerating in the Christmas special.

Oh, so no spoilers then.
