I've started putting together the Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder / Kind Hearts and Cornets demos s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶L̶i̶t̶t̶l̶e̶ ̶S̶h̶o̶p̶ ̶w̶o̶r̶k̶p̶r̶i̶n̶t̶ ̶c̶l̶i̶p̶s̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶r̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶ ̶b̶a̶n̶n̶e̶d̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶g̶o̶n̶n̶a̶ ̶d̶e̶l̶e̶t̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶m̶ ̶M̶o̶n̶d̶a̶y̶ , and I decided to put the first one on unlisted and give it out to a few places. Here is "A Warning to the Audience," one of the hand full of songs that survives in the musical: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pegA0HqG3TM

This is also the first video / set that includes the new subscribe outro I put together. So, that exists.

You often haven't been posting links to go with these announcements.

That's because I'm keeping up with the schedule of releasing only one video a day, and I stockpile the videos, so when I say "all the --- are uploaded," it doesn't mean I've released them; it just means they're uploaded to the channel as private or unlisted, to be published at a later date, in order. For me, it's easier for me to make and upload all the videos over the span of a few days than it is for me to do one a day. That's why I always make sure to say "release" or "go live".

EDIT: I'm terrible. I just went over my posts, and I realized I only used the "release / go live" description once or twice since going on my once a day schedule.

I've been spending the day editing and uploading the Kind Hearts and Cornets videos, and I got the first demo sync to "Foolish to Think" done and decided to share it. Like most demo syncs, I think it's crap the moment I finish it, but I'm fine with it after I come back to it a few hours later. http://youtu.be/cB-RrSabiSk

Four of the 2004 Kind Hearts and Cornet demos are live! http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL ... 4D-45TMgrg

This includes the first demo sync to "I Don't Know What I'd Do," which was an absolute pain for me to edit: http://youtu.be/Zvl_cE3vWXU

A new demo sync! Here's Raúl Esparza's demo to "I Don't Understand the Poor," synced to a video of Jefferson Mays' performance. (I wanted to use the performance from The Tonight Show, but I couldn't find a way to download or record it.) http://youtu.be/jDS09X7HXmw

And I'm sure I've shared this before, but here's my demo sync to "Love is an Open Door" from Frozen. (I think I'm going to redo this soon in HD and fix the ending.) http://vimeo.com/84932396

I got the demo sync to "Poison in My Pocket" done today, and I think it's the best one so far in the set, considering the fact that half of it was rewritten: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K52rs7mDYLo

This is the first demo sync in a while that I decided to match up the audios instead of just the demo / lip-movement. Turns out, it's alot more effective with live-action and live performances.

I took the day off of GGLAM and uploaded the story-reel of "Part of Your World" from the Little Mermaid preview disc. http://youtu.be/_BNCYlKaINk

AN EARLY RELEASE OF A DEMO SYNC! Here's my new demo sync to Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez's demo to "Love is an Open Door," which is gonna go live after I finish releasing the GGLAM demos. http://youtu.be/7TzZNA8fWZk
The original edit is on Vimeo (because Disney doesn't like it when you upload clips from movies they have in theaters for some odd reason): http://vimeo.com/84932396

This time around, I synced up Anna's "Can I say something crazy?" line, made sure the main song was 100% in sync (my god, it was so easy this time), and improved the sync on the ending dialog as best I could. I also decided to use a new DisneyAshmanDemos watermark in a Disney font, something I've resisted for the longest time, and I returned to the film subtitle idea (where I subtitle an added or extremely altered line in the film that doesn't match up to the demo), something I haven't used since the very first "Part of That World" demo sync (that I deleted awhile ago).

You guys think I should keep the new watermark and subtitles? I'm no sure of how I like them yet.
