Darren Wilson, in his interview tonight is STILL lying and saying he chased Mike Brown 30-40 feet. Even McCulloch said 175.

Killer cop Darren Wilson was paid "mid-to-high six figures" for his ABC interview. Early rumors put the payout at $500,000. Wilson had already raised $500,000 or so from his supporters, led by St. Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch (who was supposed to be impartially bringing him to trial). Wilson's supporters were often vocally racist during the crowdfunding efforts and included the actual Ku Klux Klan. Anyway, he's likely a millionaire now.

Brown was shot from some distance away - running at first, then surrendering. He died 175 feet away from WIlson's vehicle - even McCulloch has admitted as much. But Wilson has kept to his story that he shot Brown no more than 35 feet away, during a very up close and personal confrontation.

They turned a simple procedure of deciding whether he could be charged with a crime into a phony mock trial, that they could control completely from beginning to predictable end - to prevent an actual trial from occurring.

"Lawrence O’Donnell, on MSNBC, just revealed that the prosecutor’s secretary gave the jury an outdated statute that states that police officers can shoot and kill a fleeing suspect simply because they are fleeing. But that was ruled by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional in the 1970s. She gave them an updated copy. When the jurors asked her if Supreme Court rulings override state rulings (for which the obvious answer is yes), she told them 'Don’t worry about that' instead of saying yes. She told them that they could still use the outdated statute, but that something in it was wrong. She never told them what part of the statute was wrong. She just said 'Don't worry about that' ..."
