In a video report posted on CNN, a local police officer is heard yelling at protestors, “Bring it, all you fucking animals! Bring it!”

"There’s a reason you separate military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state, the other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people."

About the media blackout in #Ferguson: http://tygerbug.tumblr.com/post/9470978 ... issouri-as

Two journalists - from the Washington Post and Huffington Post - were arrested and assaulted, but not following the usual rules of arrest, like being read their rights, being charged, having any paperwork attached -- it was just to get them to stop reporting. Also true of many reporters on the ground who were gassed or arrested --

http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/ ... story.html

Antonio French, elected alderman of the 21st ward, became a hero for his constant coverage on Twitter and Vine. He's now been arrested for no reason other than that --

Al Jazeera TV reporters were shot at with tear gas landing directly at their feet - they ran, and police calmly dismantled their recording equipment.

Christina Coleman of NBC5 was also shot at with tear gas --

Otherwise, there's been a media blackout, with any major news outlets forced to leave the area before nightfall - which is when all the police violence begins, every night so far. Major coverage of tonight's violence came from a small local radio station and from alderman French - nothing from the TV stations. Failure to comply has resulted in the tear gassing seen above, as well as flash grenades and wooden and rubber bullets fired indiscriminately at anyone in the area.

I'm hardly the first to say it, but the eyewitnesses to Michael Brown's death all have the same story, start to finish. It's the police that keep changing their story - and in terms of the current unrest in Ferguson, have been lying or refusing to answer questions in every single press conference. While they denied using tear gas on reporters in a live press conference, Al Jazeera TV decided to replay, alongside it, the actual footage of Ferguson police shooting tear gas directly at Al Jazeera reporters the previous night. (Once the reporters had run from the gas, police forces immediately rushed in and dismantled the camera equipment.) Most of those who've been arrested are not read their rights or charged with any crime.

Nixon, like Reagan, committed serious treason:

http://www.hattiesburgamerican.com/stor ... /14129319/

Even assuming that's Michael Brown in the video - it appears to be Brown - taking a pack of cigars and shoving the clerk - even the official police story states that the two events are unrelated, and that the officer didn't know Brown was any kind of suspect. So this is still armed murder of an unarmed man after a brief altercation.
