Here's a rare Monty Python sketch, deleted from known master tapes of the series. Youtube's The Monty Python Museum is looking for donations to buy a few copies of this sketch - I'd like to then help out by combining and restoring the footage. If you can send a few bucks to itsmartyfeldman at gmail.com, I know he'd appreciate it.

SOTCAA's Joe Champniss gives us deleted scenes from the first episode of Rutland Weekend Television, featuring Timothy Carlton as host. The alternate unaired pilot, with 6 minutes cut out of it, aired instead of the normal first episode on UK Arena around 1999.

Alamo Drafthouse is holding a showing of the Holy Grail this Thursday. I'll be glad to see it on the big screen.

I've seen it in 35mm -- quite a joyless experience due to overfamiliarity with the material. Oh well.
