Re: What are you working on?
BBC radio host Iain Lee spent years tracking down a copy of a rare, lost film featuring Micky Dolenz of The Monkees. Keep Off My Grass was shot in 1969 or so and has not been seen since 1975. When he found a VHS copy via one of the producers, I carefully restored the film with the help of Alex Douglas. Some sort of DVD and digital release is now happening, which Iain discusses on the Zilch podcast here --

Re: What are you working on?
Helge Bernhardt just sent me this scan of my 2003 student film The Journey of Truesong, which I'm going to restore --

Incidentally, I've uploaded some otherwise-unseen artwork of mine to my Patreon, although you'd have to donate a buck or so to see it.

Re: What are you working on?
I'm looking for someone to film and sound-record one or two interviews in the Los Angeles area, as special features for a DVD release. The producer can offer about $100 for each, for a day's work.

Re: What are you working on?
Helge Bernhardt has transferred a bunch of the raw footage from my 2002 student film Beautiful Zelda -- not the actual film yet. Kind of interesting to see after all these years.

Re: What are you working on?
Halloween just ended, and I've already uploaded a Muppet Christmas special to Vimeo, so I'm clearly part of the problem.

It was cool seeing some sketches from Chosen Ones Volume 2 (never completed). See all that and more for as little as $1 a month. It's a steal!Garrett Gilchrist wrote: Incidentally, I've uploaded some otherwise-unseen artwork of mine to my Patreon, although you'd have to donate a buck or so to see it.

Re: What are you working on?
Thanks Paul. :)
I took a few days and worked on the video game project, designing the lead character Adelaide from different angles. The first goal will be to create five different walk cycles.
There's also the matter of restoring my 2003 student film The Journey of Truesong for HD presentation. Helge Bernhardt did an HD scan of the 16mm workprint - two scans, actually, the more recent one being an improvement. I don't have the original negative; it was probably destroyed years ago. The five-minute workprint is full of splices, dirt and damage. I took a night and restored (in Photoshop, frame by frame) 89 frames of the film, getting me through the first 30 seconds or so. It will take a few days' work to get through the whole thing.

Re: What are you working on?
Happy to announce this robot character I designed for PWN the SAT, the Math preparatory book series written by Mike McClenathan, whom I've known longer than I can remember.
