This is the last week to back Jon Schnepp's documentary project "The Death of Superman Lives."

The doc tells the story of the weirdest Superman film never made. Directed by Tim Burton and starring Nicolas Cage, "Superman Lives" was bound to be an extremely unique take on the Man of Steel.

Doctors are just going to assume that I have ADD and put me on Ritalin to see if that helps. I feel so damn fucked up and my brain is always keeping me from doing things I love. :zigzag: But anyway, regardless of mental problems I've been thinking that I'd like to start doing puppet shorts/shows for the internet with my best friend, seeing as I'm too shy and nervous at the moment to do things with just me in front of an actual camera. Maybe with such a hobby I'll actually have something to post in the Introductions Thread.

Welp. Disney Animation Studios is officially shutting down their 2D Animation department. It is the end of times.

There was still a Winnie the Pooh movie released theatrically .... and more direct to video work. And they were limping on with occasional hand-drawn shorts and small animations for theme parks, keeping people like Eric Goldberg in occasional employment.

Presumably that's all done with now.
