"Whatever Turns You On" was a 1979 spinoff of "You Can't Do That On Television," the Canadian kids comedy show that was later a big hit on Nickelodeon in the US. It featured Ruth Buzzi, along with Les Lye, Christine McGlade and the kids.
At about 2:20 in this pilot, Les is wearing a Marx Quacksie toy on his head, which Neil Innes often did in performances, and which this was probably inspired by. (It wouldn't be the only Monty Python related reference here- YCDTOT's animated opening was basically a ripoff of Terry Gilliam's work on The Marty Feldman Comedy Machine.)

The inclusion of the theme from Bullshot might date this George Harrison and the Bonzo Dog Band recording to about 1982. Maybe it's a compilation. Someone said "It's not the Bonzos on the tape. It's George, 'Legs' Larry, Terry Doran and Derek Taylor" ... although there are clearly some Neil Innes tracks listed like "Isle of Money."
Tape 3
6, labelled as "Can You Groove," might be "Doin the Bonzo Dog" although that's from 1996, theoretically
8, "I Like Cesar" might be "Cezanne Says Anne" (Neil Innes)
9, "Misery Farm" may be some form of "Jollity Farm" (although "Misery Farm" was also a song)
Tape 2 states that the Handmade films project Brazil never went to production. Unclear if this is the same as the 1985 Terry Gilliam film, although that would seem likely.
